6 If I am already abroad, Am I covered for COVID-19 related expenses under my Cover?
The travel cover can only be purchased before one travel from the county of residence. If you have a valid cover which was purchased after inclusion of the covid-19 benefit, you’re covered.
7 If I have already left on my trip and the country, I am travelling to has been declared a Do NOT Travel Region-What do I do?
The cover for Covid-19 will not be applicable.

You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for policy cancellation. This must be done before the cover is effective. Policies that have already taken effect or lapsed cannot be cancelled.
