Job Summary:\u00a0<\/strong>
\nResponsible for End user support, Assist on Business applications, Database and Network support and basic administration.
\nDuties and responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

End User Support<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Acknowledge IT helpdesk tickets, respond and resolve the IT support issues assigned to you.
\n\u2022 Assist IT helpdesk administrator in managing the IT helpdesk tickets.
\n\u2022 Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
\n\u2022 Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required
\n\u2022 Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports and the roll-out of new applications
\n\u2022 Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
\n\u2022 Preventative maintenance exercise for the end user equipment.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Business Application, DB and Network Support<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Assist in 1st level support of core business applications
\n\u2022 Report and liaise with the core system vendors and Manger- Business systems at group level for system related issues that requires 2nd level support.
\n\u2022 Manage user\u2019s profiles within all core business applications.
\n\u2022 Network security patches download and management for End users\u2019 computers.
\n\u2022 Assist in Network management and Server support management with guidance of Manger- Technical services at the group level.
\n\u2022 Assist on End User training on core business system new features and refresher course.<\/p>\n

Job Holders Specifications:<\/strong>
\nEducation\/Qualifications:
\n\u2022 Degree or Diploma in IT \/Computer science or related.
\n\u2022 IT Network certification.
\n\u2022 Microsoft certification.
\n\u2022 Oracle administration\/developer is an added advantage
\n\u2022 IT Security certification is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
