Mr. Stephen Lugalia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from the University of Nairobi, a seasoned governance and finance expert with over four decades of experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, and corporate governance. A Fellow of ICPAK and an IFC accredited Certified Secretary, Board Evaluator, and Governance Trainer, he has served in senior roles at Resolution Group and Heritage Insurance. As CEO of FGB Solutions Limited, he advises organizations on governance systems, board evaluations, and strategic financial planning.
