The Following are the Key Steps Required To Make A Successful Insurance  Claim Process in Kenya

The need to inform the nearest police station about the incident
This should be the initial step towards your insurance claim process in Kenya. Ensure that you have a police report regarding the incident which triggered your claim. Whether it’s a road accident, a burglary/theft, or loss of property, a police report is what you must have before you initiate your insurance claim in Kenya in addition to the official filling of your insurer’s claim form.

Take note of the following;

  • Remember to take some scene photos and also collect information that might help support and substantiate your insurance claim in Kenya.
  • Inform your insurance company or Intermediary about the current situation before leaving the scene of the incident if possible

  INFORM YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY ABOUT THE INCIDENT
