Mr. Srivastava has dedicated more than four decades to the insurance sector, serving in key leadership roles across India, Tanzania, and Kenya. Since assuming leadership of GA Insurance in 2007, he has guided the organization through a period of sustained growth, operational excellence, and regional expansion.

Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his commitment to industry development, mentorship, customer-centric innovation, and community impact. His leadership helped shape industry conversations around financial inclusion and sustainable growth, while inspiring the next generation of insurance professionals.
